1. Configuration

Tasks and KPIs is a process of general tasks ready in the cloud that works on the COBUS BPM platform, which allows us to customize and make any change in the flow chart or the form to adapt it to the needs of the institution during the configuration phase.
2. General tasks request and tracking
Once the general tasks process has been configured it is ready to be used and will be available for users to initiate a new request and perform the activities of the tasks sent to their inbox. They will also be able to track the tasks.
3. KPI – Key Process Indicators
Key indicators are generated to determine compliance with times and apply adequate control to personnel, thus achieving an efficient and effective institution.
